Payment & Financial Terms
Deposit & Booking
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure project dates and initiate material procurement for all remodeling services.
Accepted Methods
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex), bank transfers (ACH), and certified business checks for all construction invoicing.
Progress Invoicing
For projects exceeding $5,000, bi-weekly progress billing will be issued based on completed milestones and material deliveries.
Final Settlement
The remaining balance is due strictly upon completion of the final walkthrough and punch-list verification.
Appointment & Scheduling
Project Rescheduling
Clients may request a schedule change up to 10 business days prior to start. Changes within this window may incur a mobilization fee of $250 to cover labor reallocation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made after material orders have been placed will be subject to material restocking fees plus any custom fabrication costs already incurred.
Seasonal Lead Times
During peak landscaping and exterior painting seasons, lead times may extend to 4-6 weeks. We prioritize existing maintenance contracts for emergency repairs.
Project Scope & Changes
Defined Scope
All work is performed strictly according to the signed written estimate. Verbal agreements are not considered binding until documented.
Change Orders
All modifications beyond the agreed scope must be authorized through a signed Change Order. This ensures full transparency on cost adjustments and any resulting timeline implications.
Timeline Impact
Major scope changes may reset the projected completion date based on subcontractor availability and material shipping delays.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for securing personal valuables and providing clear access to work areas. Fenoglio & Co. Home + Property is not liable for pre-existing structural issues discovered during demolition.
Site Safety
Work zones are hazardous. Clients and residents must remain outside active construction areas for the duration of the daily work schedule.
